Las Vegas is more than the sum of its parts … while lacking diverse, ethnically-flavored neighborhoods as older cities established more than a hundred years ago (and it’s questionable whether such neighborhoods are more than just the result of ghettoizing), Sin City still offers distinctive areas with their own stories and people.
