		<description>I don&#039;t think my constant hunger is such a bad thing, as I usually satisfy it with something like a Clif Bar or some nuts. I mean, it&#039;s not like I&#039;m running out for fast food or eating candy and crap. Actually, another thing this experience has reminded me is just how good I DO normally eat. It&#039;s a matter of &quot;just saying no&quot; to that late-night Sonic run or opting for yogurt instead of a buttery bagel for breakfast.</description>

		<description>That&#039;s the biggest issue with my dieting as well: getting my body and metabolism to adjust to lower food consumption. I had it down pat right before our trip to San Francisco, but lost it in that trip and am only NOW starting to make progress in lowering my appetite.

Although I&#039;ve still lost weight since May, it&#039;s not been at near the rate from February to May...</description>
